Leadership interviews
What you're trying to achieve, where the pressure is, and what's already been tried.
In about two to four weeks, we map how your business actually works, find every place AI could help, size each one, and tell you which ten to ship first.
What you're trying to achieve, where the pressure is, and what's already been tried.
The real daily work of each role across your departments, including the workarounds.
What your existing systems hold, how clean it is, and what AI can reach safely.
Every opportunity sized, with build-vs-buy calls, risks, and a top 10 to ship first.
We identify the roles that carry your business, from leadership to the front line.
For each role, we map what they actually do all day, where time goes, and where things wait.
For each task, we decide what AI could do: draft, answer, check, flag, or do it outright with a human approving.
Every opportunity gets an honest size, a build-vs-buy call, and the risks to plan for.
We rank by value and effort, and pick the ten to ship first, with the first build recommended.
| Size | Typical duration | What it usually looks like |
|---|---|---|
| S | 1–3 weeks | A focused assistant or automation on one task, using data you already have in one system. |
| M | 1–2 months | An agent or integration that touches a few systems and a handful of roles. |
| L | 3–6 months | A cross-department capability with new data plumbing, governance and training. |
| XL | 6+ months | A program that changes how a core part of the business runs, delivered in stages. |
The length depends mostly on how many roles and departments we map.
The map is yours. You can build with us, with your own team, or with anyone else.
Describe your business in a sentence or two. You'll get three sized opportunities in the same format the full Assessment uses.
For a B2B distributor, we mapped 11 roles across 8 business areas and sized 46 AI opportunities, with a top 10 to ship first. Work on the first build began a week later. Read the full story.
Mostly interviews: about an hour with each leader and with a few people in each role we map, plus a short session with whoever knows your systems. We work around your calendar.
No. The data and systems review tells you what's usable today and what isn't. Plenty of good first builds work with the data you already have.
No. Every opportunity gets a build-vs-buy call. If an off-the-shelf tool does the job, the map says so.
Good. We fold them into the map and size them alongside everything else, so you can see which ones deserve more investment and which don't.
Assessments are fixed-fee. Builds are scoped and priced after the assessment. Advisory is a monthly retainer.
Thirty minutes with Daniel. No pitch deck: you talk about your business, I tell you honestly where AI fits and where it doesn't.
